Oh So Stagey Fan Fest is coming, and we need brilliant, passionate people to help us bring it to life.

Whether you're a seasoned event pro, a theatre lover with a skill to share, or someone who just wants to be at the heart of something truly special, we'd love to have you on our team.

This isn't just volunteering. It's being part of of our debut event!

What does volunteering look like?

On the day, our volunteers are the backbone of the event. You'll be part of a skilled, friendly team helping to make sure every single attendee has the best possible experience, whether it's welcoming them through the doors, keeping the stages running smoothly, championing the vendors or reassuring visitors.

We match every volunteer to a role that suits their skills and interests, so you'll never feel thrown in at the deep end.

What we're looking for

We're building a team with real skills and genuine passion. We'd especially love to hear from people with a background in any of the following:

Accessibility & Neurodiversity Support
Cosplay, Costume & Wardrobe
Crowd Management, Stewarding & Conflict Resolution
First Aid & Welfare
Photography, Videography & Content Capture
Retail, Marketplace & Exhibitor Support
Stage Management & Live Programming
Theatre Front of House & Audience Experience
Volunteer Coordination, Admin & Operations
Workshops, Education & Facilitation

Could you be a Team Lead?

If you have experience leading people, managing spaces or taking charge in a live event environment, we'd love to consider you for one of our Team Lead roles.

We'll ask you a couple of extra questions in the application form, and if you're shortlisted for a lead role we may ask you to evidence your experience before your place is confirmed.
