Oh So Stagey Fan Fest is a 2 day celebration of stagey fandom and the makers, retailers and creators who are at the heart of it. We want our event to be a place where brilliant businesses get in front of the right people, in the right atmosphere. Take a look at what's available and find the space that works for you.
The event runs from Saturday to Sunday with a Friday setup.
Here's How the Space Works
Each area is designed for a different type of exhibitor, so there's a natural home for everyone. You'll choose your area and package as part of the application process.
Musical Theatre Market
Best for independent makers, fan artists, small merch creators, larger retailers and fandom brands
New Shows
Best for writers, composers and producers of new/emerging musicals and stage shows
Industry Village
Best for drama schools, youth theatres, stagey training providers and community groups
Pricing & Packages
Start with the package that suits you best, then simply add multiples to create a larger space. It's that easy! All packages share the same 3m depth so when you add more of the same package, your space grows wider, not deeper.

Payment Terms
Applications are approved on a rolling basis. Once your application is approved you will receive notification and an invoice. A non-refundable deposit of 25% is payable within 7 days of receiving your invoice with the balance payable 6 months before the event date.
Creator Space
Designed for content creators, influencers and cosplayers who want a small base at the event to meet followers, share their work and offer a limited selection of their own branded items. This space is not intended for general retail or large-scale merchandise sales.
